Turkey Trotting

Posted on 1:11 PM, under

So, today was the day. The day I've looked forward to for months. As I've said on this blog before, my goal when I started running was to run the Turkey Trot on Thanksgiving. And while, over the last year I've greatly exceeded that goal in the distances, speed, and amount of times I've run, I still had the Turkey Trot as a major goal to cross off. In fact, since the beginning of the year I've had this idea for a shirt I wanted to make to wear while running it. So last night, I went to Michael's bought some iron-on lettering and did my best Martha Stewart impression.

So, How did I do? I'm pretty happy with my results.

Congrats on reaching your goal. Loved the shirt. Your Martha Stewart abilities are pretty good. So, what's the next goal?
