Nina and I spent the weekend at one my favorite places - Gaylord. Why do I love Gaylord. Because its small and quiet and just far enough away to feel like a getaway but not too far to dread the drive. I love the condo where we stay up there and while we usually go with a bunch of friends, this time it was just the two of us. Nina took a lot of pictures when I wasn't looking. Which explains all the photos of my back. But it's probably my better side. Enjoy.

Nina and I on the Petoskey break wall.
Me on the watch for approaching monsoons.
Me being cold.
Can you spot the famous author in this photo?
That's right! Ernest Hemingway lived in the area during the summer and used to sit at this bar. Second seat from the end.
This is all that remains of one of the best biscuits ever. In fact, we requested a second biscuit for dessert.
God's country.
My back as I look for golf balls and meaning of life outside of our condo.
The colours were rocking and asked to be spelled with a u.
I love this photo. It looks like I'm going into a book warp zone.
Nina and I played chess for the first time since we've been together. There was neither a winner nor a loser, hence the king and queen are still talking.
For some reason, Nina hated these bears that different stores painted.
Therefore, I loved them...and they loved me.
