I'm sick of reading bad news. Man. Why do I have to feel like I live in a terrible place? My state. My country. My planet. There is apparently nothing good going on. I'm glad I read the paper after I get out of bed or I would never get out of bed. I just read on article in the WSJ about how the price of food is skyrocketing. How even the best restaurants are trading in great ingredients for cheap ingredients. Arrrrrrgggggghhhhhhh. If I was shelling out some serious dough for dinner at Gramercy Tavern, I want to know that they didn't replace my ahi with bumblebee. Now, I'm not saying we should censor the news. Of course, all news should be "fair and balanced," but come on let's try to accentuate the positive. And I'm fairly certain in 316 days, the media will just magically change their tune. All sunny skies and puppy dogs. Come on grumps. Cheer up.
